What we do
Rodent work for row houses, in the order we do it
Every job starts with the walkthrough. What comes after depends on what we mark.
Crawlspace walkthrough
Headlamp, mirror and a list of every gap, with a note on each.
Foundation vents and hoods
New screens and steel mesh where the old ones failed.
Pipes, wires and gas lines
Gaps around lines that pass through walls and floors, closed and sealed.
Rear additions and porches
The joints where old and new meet, which are the ones that open.
Traps after sealing
Placed where the walkthrough says they're needed, and checked on a day we tell you.
Check-back visit
We walk the outside again and look at the work, and write down what we see.
A rough calendar

Your house may not follow it.

Not our work
Jobs we pass on
If your problem is on this list, we'll say so on the phone and point you to someone who does it.
Bats, squirrels and raccoons
Wildlife needs its own permits and methods. We refer you to a licensed wildlife operator.
Termites and insects
Different inspection, different product rules. We don't do it.
Structural and roof repair
If sealing needs a carpenter or a roofer first, the scope says so.
Ask first
Not sure which one you have?
Describe what you've seen or heard. We'll tell you if it's ours and what the walkthrough would look at.
Phones are answered Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
