Questions
What people ask before they call
How much does rodent exclusion cost?
It depends on how many gaps there are, how much of the crawlspace we can reach, and whether the rear addition needs work too. The number comes in writing before any work starts. See how pricing works on the home page.
How many visits will I need?
Usually the walkthrough, the sealing and a check-back. The written scope says how many for your house.
Is it safe for kids and pets?
We can't promise that for any house. Most of our work is steel mesh and sealing, which uses no product. Where a trap or product goes, a licensed applicator follows the label, we tell you where it is and where to keep pets away, and you can ask for our product list.
How long until the noise stops?
In most houses it eases within days of the sealing, but it varies, and a check-back is how we find out.
Do I need to be home?
Someone 18 or older needs to let us in and clear the path to the crawlspace. You don't need to go under the house.
What if they come back?
Call us. The written scope states how long each repair is covered, what is covered and what voids it. Results vary by house.
Do you offer a no-contract option?
Yes. Sealing is a job, not a plan. Monitoring after it is separate and you can stop it at any time.
Do you handle termites or wildlife?
No. We do mice and rats only, and we'll point you to someone who handles the rest.
Where do you work, and when can you come?
Baltimore City row-house neighborhoods and the blocks next to them. Phones are answered Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
