What we collect

When you send the form we receive your name, phone number, neighborhood and what you tell us. When you call or text, we see your number and anything you send, including photos. Our website host may record standard technical details such as your browser and the pages you open.

How we use it

We use it to answer you, to book and carry out the walkthrough, and to keep a record of the work we agreed to. We don't sell it. We share it only with people who help us do the job, such as the scheduling software we use.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as the written scope's coverage lasts and as the law asks. Messages that never became a job are deleted on a regular schedule.
