About us
Two owners, nine people, one crawlspace at a time
Ida and Luther Dobbins started the firm after years of seeing the same gaps in the same row houses. Ida still does the first walkthrough on most jobs; Luther writes the scope and answers the phone.
We work in Baltimore row houses and nothing else.
The scope lists every gap we found and what we'll do about it.
We pass on wildlife, termites and structural repair.
